I'm James, founder of Sales Development Accelerator.
After years working with some of UK & Europe's fastest-growing startups and scale-ups, I've seen first-hand what it takes to build high-performing outbound functions - and understand what slows down pipeline generation.
At Spendesk, I went from BDR to Senior to Player-Coach as the company scaled from Series A through to Unicorn status.
At AutogenAI, I built the first BDR function in London, ran over 100 interviews, created and delivered onboarding across London and New York, and helped 5+ reps get promoted into AE and leadership roles - all while hiring and developing a team of 18 BDRs, two Team Leaders following Series A and B growth.
